The goal of Precision agriculture is to make sure profitability, sustainability and protection of the environment. Precision agriculture is additionally referred to as satellite agriculture, as-needed farming and site-specific crop management. The goal of precision agriculture research is to define a choice network for whole-farm management with the goal of optimizing returns on inputs while preserving resources.
